Dear friends and clients:

As we prepare to celebrate Valentine's Day, let's remember the victims and survivors of the Haiti earthquake. At RHWC, we hope you'll have a heart and help to restore order in Haiti while restoring your health.

Bring in a friend and RHWC will give both you and your referral a complimentary chiropractic treatment in exchange for a donation for the American Red Cross. Donations must be made in person at RHWC.

This offer is available through the month of February. Limited to one complimentary treatment per person.

Healthy Hearts

We all know having a healthy heart requires being responsible to exercise, eat healthy foods and avoid smoking.  Recent research shows reducing and managing stress is important too. Doctors now tell us more than 75% of our health issues may be due to stress.  Here in busy Silicon Valley, with today's challenging economy, it's easy to overlook stress.

While exercise can help improve circulation and reduce stress levels, it doesn't always give you the same healing relaxation you need to combat stress. Try planning time for a massage or reflexology session on a regular basis to help maintain a healthy heart. These therapies can improve your circulation, release stored toxins caused by stress and provide much-needed relaxation time! They are proven stress-busters!

Super Bowl Ready?

We didn't forget all you football fans out there!  Here's some interesting info for you.  2010 NFL Hall of Fame candidate, Jerry Rice, says his training routine included twice-weekly chiropractic adjustments.  "If I had everything in alignment, I knew I could play my best football," Rice said last week.  Rice and veteran sportscaster, Linda Cohn, are now acting as spokespeople for the Foundation for Chiropractic, an organization dedicated to encouraging chiropractic healthcare.

We hope you enjoyed this information. If so, please share it with a friend.
