Susan is certified in Ingham Method® Reflexology by the International Institute of Reflexology and holds national certification in Foot Reflexology from the American Reflexology Certification Board. She holds CMP License #31022 from the California Massage Therapy Council (CAMTC). She is currently a member of the Reflexology Association of California, the Reflexology Association of America and the International Council of Reflexologists and has served on the Board of Directors of the Reflexology Association of California. She now serves on the Board of Directors of the American Reflexology Certification Board and has been in private practice in Silicon Valley since 2008.

As a former Silicon Valley corporate executive, Susan personally found that reflexology can overcome stress and pain challenges and help improve health.
